Sessions are on Zoom, a free app you can access on your desktop or any other smart device. You access the session via a personal meeting link, which I send in advance of each session. The sessions are 60min long. You also have the option to use Messenger or Voxer during your time between sessions, to ask questions, share thoughts and gain additional support.
